* footnotes

* good: I mean, it turned out to be a good thing. Not that it went well. It did go well, but having him there was also a good situation. I just wanted to be clear here that I used the word intentionally, even though it sounds wrong. It's like a slang creation to express what I mean.

This also ties into the things I wrote on my Plenty of Fish profile (which I removed today). I often communicate in a way that creates ambiguity of meaning. It can seem vague, or it can be funny, or it can be maybe-funny. Sometimes I am not sure if I am serious or not. It's often a test. But here I am noticing that I constructed the sentence with purpose, then had been bothered by the grammar, and chosen to keep it because of the way it represented meaning to me. Possibly a hidden message. I saved a copy of of POF profile for archival purposes.

Also, I wanted to comment on who John Gentile is. Gemini, year of the rat. I met him in San Diego when I lived with my mom for a semester. I also visited her so it was nice to have some friends down there. At the time, he wanted to be a genetic engineer. He was big into the SCA. He later lived on a sailboat with a woman he married to satisfy her mexican father. Now he's in Florida living in a condo and still with a boat, and now a single mom. They sound serious. I saw him once in Santa Cruz on his boat, and he cruised around, so I bet he'd have some insight on the whole idea.

((how do I do an LJ-cut so this post is hidden until clicked?))
